Host a Bookshelf

Give us one shelf in your office or shop. We stock it with our authors, brand it, list it here and send readers to your door.

A bookshop mid-fit: two people install a new Bookshelf unit while boxes of books wait on the floor.
Who hosts

Any office, any shop

Professionals already keep bookshelves. We turn one of them into a small bookshop that sells for our authors, whether the shelf belongs to the author, a law firm, an accounting practice, a stationery shop, a bookshop or a shop that is a little of everything.

Law firms and accounting practices
Stationery shops
Bookshops and hybrids
Any shop with a wall
Authors' own offices
Colleges and training rooms
A stationery shop with a Bookshelf unit: a customer reaches for a book while the shopkeeper serves at the counter.
How it works

From an empty shelf to a sale

1Apply

Tell us where the shelf is, how big it is and who walks past it.

2Agree the shelf

We agree the space, the titles and the terms with you before anything moves.

3We stock and brand it

Books arrive with the Bookshelf mark, ready to sell.

4We list it and market it

Your shelf appears in the Bookshelf directory with the books it carries, and readers are sent to you through the magazines and adverts.

5Readers buy

Readers walk in for a book they already chose online.

Apply to host
