DeliveryDelivered across five countries
Your books travel the way everyone in the region already sends parcels. The delivery fee is the buyer's and sits outside the book price.
The five countries
How a book reaches you
Every order is quoted on its e-invoice: the book price on one line and the delivery on its own line, in the currency stated on the invoice.

Step by step
From the shelf to your hands
1Request your e-invoice
Checkout sends us your basket and your delivery choice.
2We quote the delivery
The invoice shows the books and, separately, what the delivery costs by the channel you chose.
3Pay and we pack
Once the invoice is paid, the books are packed with your reference on the parcel.
4It travels
By courier, post, cross-border coach or parcel runner - whichever you chose and paid for.
5Collect or receive
You collect at the agreed point or receive it at your door. Digital books skip all of this.
